By using the Thawt app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Thawt.
1. The app
Thawt lets you set a thought down and look at it again about seven days later. It is a space for reflection. It is not medical care, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a crisis service. If you may be in danger, contact local emergency services or a crisis line.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Thawt.
3. Your thoughts
You keep ownership of what you write. Thoughts stay on your iPhone. You are responsible for the device passcode and for any extra password you add.
4. Acceptable use
Use Thawt only for lawful purposes. Do not try to break, probe, or misuse the app.
5. Disclaimers
Thawt is provided "as is", without warranties, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Reflections are generated on your device and can be incomplete or off. Do not rely on them for decisions about your health or safety.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Thawt.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after the new terms are posted is acceptance of them.
